Looking for perspectives from fellow search funders on structuring the financing for this deal to acquire a Swiss company specialized in developing and marketing consumer products in a specific niche in the confectionery industry.- Revenue: ~CHF 12M- SDE: ~CHF 500K- Inventory: ~CHF 1.4M- Cash on hand: ~CHF 1.2M- Asking Price (incl. balance sheet values): ~CHF 3M
My priorities are:- Speed- Control & Flexibility (to keep pursuing other acquisitions in the confectionery industry)
