redacted‌^ It's typically called an Investment Memorandum. Includes the CIM, DD details, Financials including your projections, Deal terms/structure, and governance plan. I could be missing some. Most also create a one-page teaser along with an investor pitch deck.

Got it, thank for the reply. I figured it would include some of those key elements. I'm casually looking around for an example or template to follow, as I might be approaching that stage pretty soon (fingers crossed 🤞)
