How to source remotely-managed deals?

Hi, one aspect of my search is looking for brokered, remotely-managed deals (e.g., websites). I've found a few websites that broker exclusively these types of deals, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips, either for sourcing or diligencing this type of company?
