As for model, I support the creation of point of sales with a warehouse (our goods are very bulky) to supply small-medium size projects, but I have not a clear idea of to connect it with an ecommerce.
Covid, actually demand of refrigeration has increased for supermarkets, food cold-chains and, sadly, for temporary hospitals and morgues. The outlook is interesting.
Overall, the biggest driver is first-mile food waste prevention, which is starting to attract the attention of public opinion.
