So looking around for first acquisition and found a small SaaS make 100K Arr selling for 400K. I was wondering the best route to raise that 400K. I was hoping to do an SBA loan but it seems I may be a bit on the small side for that.

I've seen SBA loans used for deals smaller than $400k. Check with some local community lenders that offer SBA financing - they might be more interested in a loan of that size than some of the national SBA powerhouses. They may not be quite as proficient with the SBA's parameters, and they may have some additional requirements that aren't ideal, but it's worth a shot if it gets the job done. Good luck!

I have a non-SBA program M&A funding program that would work well for this I believe. 10% down and can use borrowed funds for the down payment if needed. i can even help obtain personal funding with that as well the down payment portion. it's can be up to 25 year term with a reasonable fixed interest rate. No upfront fees, risk or obligation for quotes.
