What do you want from your partners? If you need a CTO you'll be looking for very different roles and skills than if you want a CFO, operators, board advisors, investors, etc. Once you know what you are looking for, consider reaching out to business leaders in your target market / region / industry that match your investment thesis and see if there is the "other half" of your deal.
