Unfortunetly there is no easy fix for this. He will first have to have his acquisition criteria determined first, then look at business database and filter with the criteria, once you have a list, then it's a matter of contacting them either through a letter or by phone. It's a laborious process, but I have not found another way around it. The easy way is to just contact, business brokers....
