How to become Pre-qualified SBA as Solo searcher

I have yet to find a deal but am wondering if it is worth the effort (or even possible) in getting pre qualified for an SBA loan to help things move along if and when a deal is found. If this is a thing, any recommendations out there for who to speak to?

From folks i've talked with the process is very hit or miss in terms of speed and actually getting the SBA loan, so I imagine getting pre-qualified helps smooth that process and is helpful when speaking with buyers.
