How to attract SME investors?

Dear searchfunders!

i am working for an SME as in interim executive. This company has substantial growth potential and i am interested in doing an MBO. The owners may consider my offer, since they want to sell. If it does not work out with this company i am planning to search another one.

How can i attract SEM investors for companies with 100 to 200 employees and 5 to 20 Mio. EBITDA here on searchfunder?

$5-20 million would fall into the “lower middle market” or even “middle market” zone towards the upper end of that range. If your MBO candidate is in that range, I would consider discussing with an investment banker.
