Thank you ^redacted. You NEVER want to replace thoroughness with speed, or try to balance them out. You and your team need to be thorough in due diligence, combing through every fiber of your target, and re-checking your risk assessment. Take your time. No need to rush it before submitting your LOI. I've heard horror stories from others who rushed it and then later regretted it.
