How much outreach are full-time searchers doing weekly?

For those of you who are searching full-time, how much outreach per week are you doing? How are you structuring your day? What's your approach? Thank You.

If I was full focus on searching for one deal locally, I'd focus at least 5-6 hours a day prime-time on new outreach, 2-3 on follow up during prime-time. Then the rest of the time off-hours on paperwork, relying where needed, etc.

Shift time from new outreach to follow ups as your pipeline grows.

But realistically even post-acquisition if your main growth model is acquisition based growth, you need at least a few hours a day into outreaching and sales of new M&A opps.

It is good to onboard a VA to increase the number of outreach, as the higher the outreach, the better the chance of generating a conversation with a prospective seller.
