Hi all, some yearn for the day where they are n needed less at their business. I did not have the same experienced, I struggled with even the slightest removal from my business, I still do, but I am much better about it now. Anyways, here's my article about my experiences removing myself slowly from day to day operations in my business.

Here's an excerpt from the first paragraph;

"I realized very quickly after taking over my business that HVAC sales were not my thing, yet*. I also try to give myself some grace here as I have never had any training or even experience in this area (soon to change though). I do plan on getting better but for the time being, I have found the perfect sales manager, whom for privacy reasons, we’ll call `T’."

^redacted‌, thanks for posting the link to your blog. Blog links tend to get more engagement if you include at least the first paragraph to your post. I hope this helps. Have a great evening out in Florida!
