How hard is it to find a business to buy that has enough Cashflow to bring on a full time manager? I’d like to buy a business but don’t have the time to work in it full time, would need someone to run it for me. Are most small business owners willing to sell to someone like me who isn’t going to work in the business full time?

Yes, if you qualify with money and whatever else the seller seeks. Good idea to identify potential managers before searching. I helped a buyer do a deal recently where we told the potential seller who we might hire to run the biz. The owner was impressed.

Tip: Simply target companies generating the cash flow you need.

I think this is a question of EBITDA and current owner involvement, if the EBITDA allows should be fine, if the owner is currently also not involved, should also be fine.
