How do you stay active during deal lows between Thxgiving to New Year?

Brokers and lender are already telling me activities are dropping now and won't pick back up until mid Jan 2025.

I notice the online listing and emails are definitely slowing down too.

How do you all stay active between mid-Nov to mid-Jan??? Would love suggestions!
