I think this would be very useful for first time sellers who are looking for a more simplified version of what the offers they are considering look like to choose the one that best matches their situation. In theory the broker should be able to simplify this information for their client but it may help break it down in a visually appealing way.

This is great, seems like it oils be very useful in saving time for the buy side. Especially newer or part time searches looking for their first acquisition!
