How do I access the IBIS reports?

How do I access the IBIS industry reports? I don't see the reports available in my portal. I thought we receive complimentary access with our search funder account. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Shymane, do you mean you cannot see the link to access it or you see where it says IBIS but you get an error message after trying to access? If it’s the former: While using Safari, it shows up on the header between BVR Valuations and the notifications bell. Hope this somewhat helps..

Hello Shymane. Have you tried clearing your history and cache and opening up a new window to see if everything loads?
