Thanks for your comment, Alex. I'm having the same feedback from different FOs. We believe this to be a mistake. The crisis will bring amazing opportunities in the near future (6-12m). I know every FO is different and therefore has different reasons to pause or stop the outflow, but I don't see how abandoning a search or a deal is good on the long term. Investors should have their Searchers back in times like these...

in our experience; for investors to advance with you they require (assuming they continue to have liquidity and their own portfolios asset allocation haven't changed) visibility into the performance of the potential acquisition you were contemplating to close on.
