I don't expect to see it reflected yet. The deals hitting the market now have been worked on for a while between the broker and seller, so they're going to be held in a snapshot of where they were. Beyond that, we're dealing with uncertainty of what's ahead, but not dramatic impacts yet.
It'll get priced in once there are more tangible effects. Plus, I imagine those Sellers with retirement accounts recently hit are not going to say, "you know what, let's drop the price".
