Hello all!

I was introduced to search funder through a family friend and it has been a great learning about the industry. I am looking for someone in the Texas area to just sit down for a chat or zoom call to just ask some questions. I am still curious on deal sourcing mainly and timelines that are expected within the fund. As it stands, I will be looking for companies around 500k - 1 mil, B2B service companies would be preferred. Overall, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry about the weird sentences ahaha, I have trouble putting my thoughts into words sometimes.

MY BACKGROUND

I am a current Economics student at the University of Houston 25' (transferred from Texas A&M Uni). I have had some experience running a start-up. In 2021, I started a server business that I scaled into a 2000sqft warehouse in South Texas. Overall, I really enjoyed running that but unfortunately had to shut down due to the energy pricing to increase last last year due party due to the Russia-Ukraine stuff. At its peak, I had ~250k under management (mainly equipment and capital).

We're Houston-based and I'm glad to talk (given enough advance planning!) And the first thing I'll tell you is that a $500K - $1MM revenue service company probably can't support the debt to be acquired and still have any money left over for you.
