We just got offered a failing proptech rental app (well know London brand) to be acquired at ~£1.7m post money EV, 200k investment can get a board seat and 10%+equity. In their lifetime they raised £10m and highest EV was 11m£ or so. Best year produced 600£k and best month ever produced 70£k revenue (majority SaaS revenue). Happy to discuss further. (Unprofitable business though. Poorly run by management and shareholders, hence selling now.
