Hey everyone, I’m interested in networking with folks who have gone through a search based in the hospitality industry.

I am currently negotiating with an owner to conduct a rehab of his property as well as run the operations of the hotel afterwards. The place is very small and needs to be brought up to code. It has been managed by an older couple for the past 30 years.
