Hong Kong / Greater Bay opportunities

Hi All,

Is anyone currently evaluating any Greater Bay opportunities as it relates to HK? Key areas that are of a particular focus for me are AI, InsureTech and e-commerce.

Keen to hear your thoughts on what you think the key opportunities / risks with respect to this very exciting long term thematic.

My partner and I ended up building ourselves in SaaS after exploring search in HK for a while. My personal experience has been the owners tend to ask for fairly high valuation and financing is not very mature.
As for the Greater Bay, we felt it is a different audience and still exploring our edge.
