Curious to hear if there's any financing interest in exploring a transaction we have under LOI w/ most of the due diligence completed. We're looking for conventional/non-SBA lending on this particular acquisition out of our executive team's preference.

Home Health Care $1.2mm Purchase price $455k###-###-#### Adj EBITDA

Looking to finance $800k of the purchase price. The business uses cash accounting so no true forecast on A/R, but cash collection cycle is extremely strong (80+% within 30days).
