Hi Barukh, I searched a bunch into assisted living facilities in 2019, and I was extremely fortunate to not move forward on one considering the pandemic has really hurt the market a bunch. The requirements for assisted living will continue as baby boomers reach age of 85 and start to require support in activities of daily living. Feel free to reach out and discuss at your convenience.
