I am working towards the acquisition of a company that is expected to double its revenue within 6-12 months with my future business plan and is currently at 1.94x DSCR pre-close. Henry, I have done several Home Healthcare deals in Indiana (and other states) as that is where I am located. Last year completed a similar size add on for the largest independent provider in Indiana. There are other funding sources for equity injections in Indiana that are cheaper than investors as well if you are short on down payment $ using the SBA.
