Hiring Summer Intern for Deal Sourcing / Deal Experience

Cortina Capital Partners is a buyer and advisor to SMBs: We buy SMBs. We also advise SMBs on the sale of their business. Cortina has closed on ~15 transactions since its founding in 2024 and has a robust pipeline of live deals (deal under LOI for Cortina to acquire or deals Cortina is engaged to sell). Cortina is looking for a summer intern to work out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area to support Cortina in: sourcing of new investment opportunities, execution of live deals, and portfolio management. Intern will get live deal execution experience. Compensation: Intern will receive a $2,500 per monthly stipend plus potential bonus of up to $25,000 for sourcing deal Cortina acquires. All sourcing is direct to owners (no bankers / broker). Internship may lead to a full time role. Internship is in person in Ft. Lauderdale, FL area.
