I am looking for undergraduate and graduate-level part-time summer interns (age 18+) to support with deal sourcing (industry / company research, email campaigns, broker outreach, cold calls), deal evaluation, and fund operations. The position is unpaid, but offers academic course credit as well as ample opportunities for personalized mentorship, career development, and networking. Pathfinder is backed by a leading group of search fund investors, as well as a deep team of current and former operators with successful outcomes across a variety of different industries utilizing the traditional search fund model. This is an ideal role for anyone interested in ETA (self-funded or traditional) and wanting an unfiltered view of all aspects of the search process. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and priority will be given to candidates who can start as quickly as possible. Pathfinder is based in Austin, Texas and there will be opportunities for interns based locally to collaborate with Mark in-person, although candidates can also work remotely if desired. Interested applicants can learn more about Mark, the firm, his investor group, and PGP’s investment strategy by reviewing the attached job description and visiting the website at: https://pathfindergrowthpartners.com/
