Investment Intern — Acquisitions & Deal Sourcing Anoush Holdings | Remote Fall 2026 | Unpaid, academic credit supported --- Anoush Holdings is a self funded search vehicle led by Mitch Lowe: a West Point graduate, Army veteran, and current Harvard Business School student (Class ofredactedMitch is pursing proprietary acquisitions in the B2B test, inspect, calibrate, and repair space, with a long-term vision toward a portfolio of essential businesses. This is not a corporate internship. You will work directly with the principal on live deal flow. Work will span the full acquisition lifecycle from thesis development and target sourcing through financial analysis, diligence, and deal structuring. The exposure is real and the work is immediately relevant on a resume tailored towards investment banking, private equity, or entrepreneurship. What you'll work on: - Proprietary deal sourcing and target company research across target markets - Improvement of our AI-powered deal screening and outreach platform developed in-house - A/B testing our current deal sourcing pipeline - Outbound to business owners - Financial modeling on live targets - Valuation, deal structuring, and capital stack analysis on live targets Who I'm looking for: - Undergraduate studying finance, economics, or business - Genuine interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, independent sponsorship, small business, finance - Strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently - Familiarity with Excel - Ability to read basic financial statements - Someone who wants to do real investment work, not log hours What you'll get: - Direct mentorship from an HBS student with military leadership and PE-backed operating experience - Hands-on exposure to a live proprietary acquisition process from sourcing through close - Experience with a proprietary AI-driven deal screening platform - Academic credit supported — I will work with your institution on required documentation if desired - Strong reference and network introductions upon completion - Top performers will be considered for ongoing roles at the firm as the portfolio grows Timeline: - Applications due by July 17th - Interviews during the week of the 20th - Notification by August 21st To apply, send a 1 minute video introduction, a brief note about why you're interested and a resume to redacted
