Hiring Part Time Deal Sourcing Interns

Fillmore Partners – Private Equity Intern Remote / Flexible – Fall 2025 Fillmore Partners is a permanent capital investment firm focused on partnering with founders of lower middle market software and services businesses. We bring patient capital, deep operating expertise, and a commitment to building enduring companies. We are seeking an Intern to join our team for a semester-long engagement. This role is well-suited for students interested in private equity, search funds, or entrepreneurship through acquisition. You’ll work directly with the Partners and gain firsthand exposure to how we evaluate and source investment opportunities. Responsibilities: Conduct industry and company research across niche verticals in software and services. Support sourcing by identifying and mapping founder-owned businesses in target markets. Assist in outreach to company owners, management teams, and intermediaries. Analyze financial and operating data to assess investment opportunities. Prepare materials to support internal discussions and investment committee processes. Timing & Commitment: Flexible start date (Fall 2025). 10–15 hours per week, remote.
