We’re building a grassroots growth program across Canada and looking for entrepreneurial, well-connected people to help introduce LVLup to sports bettors within their networks and communities. The Opportunity As a Business Development Rep (BDR), your job is to grow LVLup within your existing network and community. You’ll introduce sports bettors to LVLup, show them how the platform can help them discover and research bets, and bring new users into the LVLup ecosystem. From there, you’ll help eligible users discover relevant sportsbook partners available through LVLup, where permitted. This isn’t a traditional 9–5 sales role. You’ll have flexibility in how you grow your network, whether through friends, sports communities, fantasy leagues, rec leagues, watch parties, social networks, online communities, or other approved channels. We’ll give you the product, training, tools, tracking system, and support. Your job is to build and leverage your network, find what works, and drive results. What You’ll Do • Grow LVLup within your network by introducing sports bettors to the platform and showing them how it can support their betting process. • Build and activate communities across your personal, professional, sports, social, and online networks. • Convert eligible users by introducing relevant sportsbook partners and helping interested users complete the applicable signup process. • Experiment with different acquisition approaches to identify the channels, communities, and tactics that generate the strongest results. • Track results and share learnings with the LVLup team while following required tracking, compliance, and verification processes. Who We’re Looking For You’ll likely be a strong fit if you: • Are outgoing, entrepreneurial, and comfortable meeting and talking to new people • Have access to a strong personal, professional, sports, or social network • Have an interest in sports and understand sports betting • Can confidently explain the value of a product and encourage people to take action • Think beyond individual friends and can identify communities or groups you could activate • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Are organized and comfortable following required processes • Want a flexible opportunity to earn additional income based on your performance Previous experience in sales, business development, hospitality, promotions, events, community building, content creation, or customer acquisition is an asset, but not required. Compensation This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity with estimated earning potential of approximately $40–$75+ per hour of active effort for productive reps. Your actual earnings will depend on your performance, the time you invest, and the number and type of successful customer outcomes you generate. There are no fixed hours, and earnings are not guaranteed. Full compensation details, performance requirements, and payment terms will be provided during onboarding.
