Hiring General Manager / Operator

An established, accredited home care agency in New Jersey with about 100 caregivers is seeking a full-time General Manager / Operator to lead day-to-day operations. The General Manager will oversee scheduling, staffing, client relations, compliance, and financial performance, supported by an experienced administrative and nursing team. The business serves clients across Central NJ. Ideal Background: - 5–10 years of management experience in home care, hospice, or related healthcare services - Proven ability to lead 60–100 field staff and 5-person office team - Strong command of P&L management, payroll, and utilization metrics Familiarity with New Jersey home-care licensing and ACHC (or equivalent) standards (not a must have) Relationship-driven leader comfortable engaging discharge planners, facilities, and families If you have relevant experience, or know someone who does, please message me directly here on Searchfunder to discuss the opportunity.
