Hiring General Manager / CEO to operate Acquisition Lab portfolio company

I'm hiring a GM to lead We Rent Copiers, which is the national leader in short-term copier and printer rentals. The 20-year old niche business was acquired by Tim Ericson (Acquisition Lab COO) in 2023 and is now an Acquisition Lab holding. I've been running it for the past year and a half, which has been a rewarding experience. Recently I've taken on more responsibilities for the Acquisition Lab, so I am seeking a full time focused leader for the business to start ASAP. The pitch: - You'd be running the whole business: ops, service, customers, P&L, team. - Stable, cash-generative, steady-state handoff. Not a turnaround. - No equity, but a base you can live on and a profit share so you have uncapped upside. - Experience running a business. If you step back into a search later, being able to say "I actually ran a small business" changes how LPs, lenders, brokers, and sellers will see you. - Opportunities to grow the business.
