Role Overview You will gain hands-on experience across the full M&A lifecycle Key responsibilities include: - Building and refining proprietary acquisition target lists - Researching, screening, and tracking live opportunities - Preparing outreach materials and supporting deal origination efforts - Assisting in financial analysis and valuation - Participating in financial due diligence For students targeting careers in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or launching a Search Fund, this experience is directly relevant. The role begins March 2nd as a part-time (or full-time) internship, with the potential to transition into a full-time summer position. Candidate Profile We are seeking individuals who are serious about pursuing a career in M&A or high-performance finance environments. - Demonstrated interest in M&A, Search Funds, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting - Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills - Proficiency in Excel Financial modeling - Highly self-motivated and capable of managing deadlines - French (Asset) - Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or having completed substantial coursework in these areas (Asset) Please send your CV to redacted
