We’re looking for a Deal Sourcing Intern to help identify and qualify lower middle-market software acquisition opportunities across the U.S. and Canada. This is a great role for someone interested in ETA, private equity, or M&A deal origination. Responsibilities: • Research and build lists of targeted software businesses. • Cold call and email business owners to gauge interest in selling. • Book intro calls with interested sellers. • Track activities in CRM. Requirements: • Strong communicator with a professional phone presence. • Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable using CRM tools. • Self-motivated and persistent. • Prior experience preferred. • Interest in private equity, M&A, or ETA.
