Does anyone have suggestions on hiring someone who professionally raises equity and/or debt? Thanks!

You could get a buy side advisor or DD advisor involved upfront if you have the funds, but for self funded, first time buyer, you should be super engaged in the process, I think. No one will sell the find raise as well as you, the operator, PG, and main investor.

Yes, as long as you make sure your deal fits what the advisor has done historically I think it’s a great idea and I’ve done it twice successfully
