Higher yield than a money market account?

I have seven figures in cash that are currently in a money market account earning 4.55%. Since I just started looking for a business, I may not need this cash for a year or longer. I was wondering if there was safe, liquid way to invest it to beat my current 4.55% yield.

CDs are not a good option. Stocks fluctuate too much. Real estate is not liquid.

Depends on the real estate consider commercial or any buy and holds I have my own personal strategies on stock market that are solid but there's that but yea a business maybe you're next thing or Peer to Peer Lending honestly.

Here is a startup that tries to help with this - I talked to the owner a while back https://www.treasurefi.com/
