Freedom, self-determination, autonomy, self-sufficiency... But to be honest, also the long-term perspective of growing financially and building up capital as well as income.

Getting rid of the golden handcuffs. Worked for a public company for many years, went through multiple M&As. and ended up re-defining priorities every 3 years. Define what brings fulfillment and then go do it.
