Project Skin is a high performing US based DTC skincare brand focused on anti aging, with 95 percent of customers based in the United States. The brand has built trust through its science backed formulas, supported by ongoing batch testing to guarantee Hyaluronic Acid concentration and product quality setting them apart from their competition. This quality focus has resulted in strong repeat purchase behavior (26%) with ROAS, organic sales and LTV/CAC (currently >2.0) increasing month over month including strong performance of the newly opened Amazon store.
The business has achieved USD 775k in SDE in FY 2025 and maintains healthy profitability driven by a lean operating model. Customer acquisition costs remain attractive due to strong ad creative and a high average order value of around 85 dollars. Profitability continues to improve through a combination of rising repeat orders (26.1%) from customers requiring monthly refills and growing overall sales. Early indicators show improving LTV as customers return for repeat serum and cream purchases, creating a solid base for a future subscription model.
Project Skin is well positioned for scale with clear growth levers across subscriptions, new SKUs, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
