I'm currently going through the Flow Research Collective course, Zero To Dangerous. It's adding some skills, tools, and techniques that are fine-tuning my relationship with my high-value activities and lower-value activities to maximize my time and output for creative flow-based output.

An interesting comment that piqued my interest that I'm interested in your opinions on has been the likelihood in the future of remuneration being based on the amount of time team members can allocate/induce to flow-based task output. Admittedly, some roles naturally lend themselves more easily than others to this work, but again the holders of the skills of deep work and on-demand flow states in my opinion will be in high demand, simply because of the sustainable quality and volume of output over time that their proponents will consistently produce. Thoughts?

I would think remuneration will continue to be levered more to the output rather than the input (time in flow state). Personal brands and reputations are built on production and proof of work, which can lead to higher offers of remuneration by companies competing for talent.
