I am going to flip this, and questions like it, on its head. Why don't you think about the key facts and information YOU would want to know if you were an investor? Ask yourself why you would want to know such and such? What else would you want to know? What's extraneous and not necessary to know at any particular time, i.e. at a preliminary stage?
