Established Mid-Atlantic video production company. Owners are retiring and will not stay on. We currently operate a production company in the same market. Financials (as filed): • FY2024 — $1,408,299 revenue / $315,463 SDE • FY2025 — $774,061 revenue / $82,550 SDE FY2025 was a down year. Adjusted EBITDA is currently under review; a documented add-back schedule is in progress. FY2026 to date are above FY2024 financials. Add-backs and other expenses control likely will equal an additional 200K annually. Currently owners have been turning away business. Long term contracts/clients spanning 15+ years. The current seller is in the process of signing an IDIQ government contract very soon. Should be very positive for business growth and future revenue. Structure: ~$1.19M SBA 7(a): $649K purchase plus working capital. Need approx. $160K equity injection to close. Senior debt in underwriting stage.
