HubSpot CRM & Marketing. It has all the features you need to get started and more. CRM, email, campaigns, landing pages, website, deals cards & tracking (Trello-like Kanban system), SMS, phone.

Calendly for scheduling.

HelloSign (DropBox) for digital contracts and signatures.

Google forms for any type of inquiry, application or recruiting.

OpenPhone mobile & desktop app for all your business calls, texts, and contacts that sync automatically with HubSpot. Work anywhere, across all your devices.

Second the comment about figuring out the process first from Abigail before spending too much time on the tools. I have used Notion and found it to be very effective for tracking deals, to dos, next steps, and contact info etc. It's free, customizable, and easy to use. I use Notion as my personal productivity software so it made sense for me. You can use existing templates. Take a template like https://www.notion.so/templates/angel-investor-operating-system and tailor it to your own go/no=go gates and needs.
