Help with pre/post-LOI deal diligence for searchers/independent sponsors?

I spent the last 10 years working on wall street as an investment banker/investor and have a lot of experience evaluating businesses, modelling and due diligence. Wondering if people have interest in some kind of paid offering/service for help with these things in their deal process? Would likely be some kind of fixed fee per deal with a success fee at closing which could be rolled into equity
