Help with finding Investors to invest into Construction Company buy out

Hello All,

I wanted to know where I could find investors that would be interested in talking about investing in buying Construction Companies throughout the United States.

Any advice on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also working on low-income housing development plans that will be done this week.

A business plan is almost done as well.

I will be back by 3 professionals with this deal-making as well.

With the uncertainty of the construction market, it may be almost impossible to get equity investments. The amount of debt that you can raise will be very dependent upon the cash flow of the company. We are currently selling a site development construction company to a buyer in Scotland with an equity investment from Thailand. Very complicated and unusual.

If you’re looking at acquiring a unique/niche trade, you might have some success raising equity capital from family owned general contractors in the same market. I’ve seen several third generation GC’s invest as LP’s downstream in unique subcontractors where there is much healthier margins.
