Help with a multi-unit/brand financial model

Howdy all- Can anyone share or help build a clean financial model for projecting out a multi-unit and (potentially) multi-brand portfolio? This may be relevant for franchising, 4wall or territory-based portfolio development.

The Sam Rosati/Will Smith SBA model is very helpful for a single business but I am looking for something that captures the development/acquisition of new units over time.
