We're looking for help with a QoE analysis. Since our deal flow is smaller, we're looking for a cost-effective solution and guidance expert. Any recommendations or referrals?

^redacted‌, I am an expert in, and have written and been published on, the topic of Due Diligence. I have extensive industry experience - from manufacturing to retail to healthcare and real estate, and everything in between. Your comment that you are looking for a "guidance expert" indicates that you would benefit from a QoE practitioner with operational experience, as I have over the last 25 years in multiple industries.

Due Diligence/QoE is the most important, but also the most misunderstood and neglected, part of the acquisition process. Due Diligence is part art and part science; part qualitative and part empirical. It is as much about what information is not available in the target's records, as about what information is available. It's about knowing when things don't feel right. Good Due Diligence practitioners read between the lines and appreciate the importance of what isn't being said as much as what is being said, If you'd like the benefit of professional Due Diligence/QoE advice and guidance, I'd be pleased to assist. Don't hesitate to get in touch either here on Searchfunder or by email at at redacted

[^redacted‌, thanks for including me.]

I see a lot of these requests; and made a low cost package where the searcher does the leg work (collecting the docs and getting answers mostly) and I do the financial analysis and review call. I'm a small CPA firm (successful searcher & still looking for more firms) & It's not a QoE at all (no huge workbook or report) but the spirit is the same, it's a financial analysis that I do personally and we jump on a call to discuss. This puts more work on the searcher in getting me everything but we can review multiple deals and try to get a no faster, so more like hybrid QoE & Coaching/Consulting. If you're interested, email me directly, redacted , I'm the only on at my firm that does it so my time is limited, I only take on two or three of these at a time. First one is $1,495 and if you follow the same frame work (ie get me everything I need so I'm only doing the complicated work) is $795. Again, not really a QoE but you're working with me, a successful California based CPA.
