Hello SearchFunder community - Ben Fox here, founder & CEO of Matrix Events, a profitable Denver-based corporate event agency with ~$3M in annual revenue serving primarily mid-market and enterprise tech clients across North America. I’m currently working on the acquisition of a complementary events business (~$2M purchase price) with the goal of combining operations, expanding geographic reach, improving sales leverage, and scaling the integrated platform to ~$1M EBITDA within the next 24–36 months. The longer-term objective is to position the combined company for a strong strategic exit multiple. I’m looking to connect with minority equity partners and experienced acquisition operators who can provide both capital support and guidance on structuring, integrating, and scaling a services-platform roll-up. If you’ve worked on lower-middle-market services acquisitions, agency roll-ups, or operator-led platform builds, I’d really value the opportunity to connect and compare notes. Appreciate the community here and looking forward to the conversation. Ben

Hi ^redacted‌ - Does this new business have the same NAICS code as your current company? You can find this on the business activity code on the top left of your business taxes and the target's tax returns. If the NAICS codes match you can get you a 0% down / NAICS expansion SBA loan. . Full purchase price plus working capital and closing costs, all through SBA 7(a).You can do this deal without any outside investors. We would love to help you find a SBA lender that can do this deal with 0% down (we work with many lenders that would love this deal). very cool! I didn't know that. Yes, they should be the same code. I just scheduled a meeting for tomorrow afternoon. Thanks!
