Help I am looking to acquire about 40% of Fractional CFO business

Hi All,



I am need for some HELP. I am looking to acquire 40% of Fractional CFO of business doing $1 million per year from current entrepreneur. He will stay on and run the day to day and I will be responsible for scaling the sales and marketing.

Does any one have good lawyer or that can help me navigate what should be in our partnership agreement for moving forward?


Any advice or reference to someone that has been down this road would be much appreciated.
