Hi Everyone - I ETA self funded searcher located in SF the Bay Area. Im looking to acquire a small business with $1-2.5M in EBITDA. I could use help finding: Deal flow, a good CPA and Legal due diligence partner. Here are some of the deal parameters that we were looking for: The Business: Industry agnostic Steady growth (~5% YOY top line for the last 3-5 years) 30%+ gross margin Demonstrated 3-5 year profitability Opportunity for improvement (ex: operations, people, marketing) Does not require owner expertise (We want to learn the business) Repeat customers Barriers to entry Possibility of eventual absentee ownership if desired

The location: California (prefer Northern California or San Diego areas) Rocky Mountain West Region

Size and financials: 1 - 2.5M EBITDA

Please contact me at redacted if you have any opportunities that meet the criteria outlined above. I am able to move quickly on the right transaction. I would appreciate any referrals or connections that you could offer. Best Ben Serio

Ben, our firm specializes in providing financial due diligence - both buy-side and sell-side. We also have access to deal flow through our sell-side work and general network. www.virtaspartners.com Made three referrals just this week on a deal. Also have recommendations on the legal side. Feel free to reach out directly to me at redacted

Ben - you should look at https://woodbridgegrp.com/ and https://www.genequityco.com/ as they both do a great job of finding quality companies.
