I have a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and business growth strategies, I’ve spent the last several years on both buy-side (mostly in the dental industry) and sell-side (construction, water well drilling, environmental consulting, internet retail D2C, and more) helping businesses prepare for and navigate the complexities of acquisitions, integrations, and strategic planning. My journey in M&A has equipped me with a deep understanding of the financial and operational challenges that come with growing a business, and I’m passionate about using this expertise to help others achieve their goals.

In addition to my M&A experience, I offer advisory services that focus on optimizing operations and supporting CEOs and business owners as they scale their companies.
